After they've done a particularly well-received audience roaring with laughter bit, once the laughter dies down they'll maybe have a little drink or maybe fix their hair a bit and then they'll do a little laugh (usually slightly unusual sounding) to themselves as though they've just thought about the previous bit and it's amused them again, but really it's fake and rehearsed
