I can't watch live streamed television programmes?

Or can I...?

I can't seem to find any button that says 'WATCH TV'. Or words to that effect.......all I can find is a record command. Which leads me to believe that all I can do is plan and record.

Please tell me that I can watch live streamed TV, then explain where I'm going wrong.
