Think its sort of happening to me now; bit shivery despite the room being warm, head gets dizzy if I move it too much, no desire to move myself anywhere. Perhaps I am just very lazy at the core (therefore I like having an excuse to be lethargic) but I like the feeling, its ever-so-slightly out of body.
