what point into an All-You-Can-Possibly-Eat Buffet do you think 'yeah, this was a bad idea'?

forzaborza [Edit] [Delete] 17:51, 11 September '12

just put one away for dinner ('lunch' for southern gays). it was of the Chinese variety. it cost £4.95 each, so i set myself a target of five plates.

avoided all the shite you don't need to eat - carby snacks, all that. just went for four plates of some sort of rice or noodles with two different meats, with a bowl of chicken and sweetcorn soup inbetween.

in hindsight, the food were nice, but around the midway point (soup) i start struggling, plate four i start thinking about being sick, plate five's a personal challenge, but you've got to get it under the £1 a plate mark, then i start profusely sweating and decide on a taxi in case i'm sick, but in the end just walk. by the time i'm home (about two miles), bit peckish again.

scondly, what's your best and worst ever buffet performance?

my best was 7 big plates.

worst, just one big plate of sweet and sour. schoolboy error.
