Very little baseline trolling seems to go on these days and most of it seems to get ignored. The users who do respond often seem aware of what is going on and are just using it as an opportunity to vent. There's the odd crazy who makes loads of accounts and rips the piss out of Theo but that's about it.

The more character-driven trolls have their best work behind them and in some cases have softened, becoming regular contributors and part of the DiS establishment. We get the odd fake 'new' user every now and then, but the reveal never seems to be particularly interesting or funny.

I guess we're as neurotic and painfully self-aware a group as you'll find on the internet. Will we ever be properly trolled again?
