It's flexible here as to when you take your lunch, but throughout my twelve-year long cvareer, I've never been much of an eater before around 1.30/2pm. Now that I have to get up stupidly early for work, I'm finding that I can't go past noon without feeling quite faint. BUT if i have lunch at noon then I'm going to be starving again by 3.

HELP. (nobody please suggets graze boxes. they are all the rage in my new office and I think they look like expensive rabbit food. I'll stick to my Space Raiders, thanks.)
