First, however, sean's asked me to confirm whether there are any exemptions to the stats. After much deliberating, we have decided that regular features should be exempt, as the respective (and often respected) thread starters in such instances are simply providing a service. Therefore, exemptions will be made for each day's Football Thread, Lunch Thread, Highlights Thread and Stats Thread, but not, i repeat NOT for the daily/evening threads, because they're shit and largely pointless
