So Valve are indeed making a piece of hardware & it looks likely that it will be a games console that will probably ship out with Half Life 3 which will make them millions of $'s which will either cause Microsoft or Sony to bow out of the console arms race because if Valve release a console that works with Steam then the is no way Xbox and Sony will survive with their online market places currently in the state that they are.
