A new guy started on Monday and he keeps going out for cigarette breaks, or for some 'fresh air' as he puts it. We work on the 6th floor and the lifts are really slow so it's like a 3-5 minute roundtrip just to get out of the building, so in total he's gone for around 10-12 minutes each break. Over a day this equates to about 30 minutes. It really irks me ok.
