Hi all,

sorry to bum you all out this early on a Wednesday, but I was wondering if anyone suffers from severe anxiety, and if so how you go about treating it? My girlfriend has it and it's getting worse, really affecting her life and our relationship. She's on antidepressants (metazapin (sp?) and they want to increase her dosage, which a) apparently won't help treat anxiety, and b)means she spends the whole time being massively spaced out and distant.

Any thoughts? tl;dr etc
