Obviously the first thing one does in a new home is hook up the TV (well, after christening the loo), but after searching high and low (mainly low, just above the skirting board), I couldn't find an aerial socket for the TV. The only likely looking thing was a black cable, actually a sort of double cable, with two heads, which I have a picture of but have no idea how to describe in words. A mate suggested they might be a satellite cable. They don't fit into my TV in any case - do I need some sort of freesat box? The post office? A bowl of rice?
