upmarket sausages, some guy on Old Street getting all creative with the smoked meats, some other joint where you get gourmet hot dogs served with Champagne.

I've read at least two separate sources mention this, so it must be HUGE right? So, are any of you hipsters chowing down on niche sausage and if so where?
