Although I completely disagree morally that he should be allowed to live in a council house, how, in reality is he able to do it given that he earns in excess of £100,000 a year?

When living in both Hackney, and now Islington, I have out of interest done the tests on their respective websites to see which benefits i'm entitled to. The answer in both cases was none, and I earn a lot less than Bob does (£55k).

So what is the moral justification, and the legal justification, for Bob Crow being able to live in a council house?
