1) if you go 5mph faster for 1 mile you get there 17 seconds earlier

is an ADVISORY speed limit. not mandatory. amazing.

3) i properly know how to tell the speed limit on any road now regardless of whether or not there are signs telling me

4) saying i was speeding because i was going uphill which means my stopping distance was shorter is apparently not acceptable. even though it is logic and physics.
