Article about an off-duty American cop who went for a walk in Canada, got stopped by a couple of guys who asked 'Been to the Stampede yet?' and then wrote a letter to the local paper lamenting the fact that Canadian gun laws meant he wasn't allowed to shoot them dead on the spot. Got to love Americans.
