ok. you take food/booze to a party/bbq/etc. end of the night there is stuff left. you would never, never consider taking drink/snacks back home, would you? nah, course you wouldn't. this is poor, poor form.
anyway, had some friends over the other day and one guy took home half a bottle of rum and a bag of snacks. what the hell, man.
surely, it's a perk of hosting an event that you get to keep any surplus goodies? after all, you've got all the dishes, fag butts etc to deal with the next morning. that's the trade off.
