Our downstairs neighbours - a two bed flat with four bins (two regular, two recycling) - rolled our regular bin into the backyard and filled it with their shit again.

If they'd had a party or something and asked if they could put an extra bag in ours we'd have said fine but they haven't even had a party they just manage to fill at least three bins EVERY WEEK. I don't know what the fuck they're doing down there, (yes I do, they're terrible weed smoking family guy liking near nightly takeaway pizza eating cunts) we fill up about one bit a fortnight between the three of us.

It's happened a few times now but I'm not sure it's frequent enough to have quite reached knock on the door territory just yet.

So in summary:
fat lazy slobs who smoke weed and watch Family Guy (this is the only way and kind of person who can enjoy family guy) are terrible rude cunts.
