Only 10 of 50+ members of staff turned up for work in Newcastle today, same in other cities, and now the police are having to step in last minute as well as the army being drafted in.

I don't doubt that the Olympics will be safe in the end but the fuck up is seriously unforgivable. LOCOG and G4S really are terribly shit.
