with a really strong taste of salt in my mouth. Brushed my teeth. Salt. Went to work. Salt. What fresh hell is this? My mouth tastes how I imagine the inside of that clam feels. Brushed my teeth before my nap as well,so wasn't residual salt....

Is this one of those 'I had a strong smell of burning before I found out I had the brain tumour' things, like, do I have smallpox or something.
