I'm finally hoping to get my own studio flat as I've been house sharing for ten years and I want to live alone.

Massive double room going on bottom floor of a four bedroom house, living with three Irish guys who work full-time, but like a beer, music and sport.

£512.50 a month. Free Sky as one of them works for Sky, so all the channels/broadband free. Council tax about £30 p/m and electric works out about £20 every six weeks. Gas bills quarterly.

I've paid the tv license for the year. It really is a nice place with two bathrooms, garden, living room, kitchen, dart board.
