Wednesday football thread

theguywithnousername [Edit] [Delete] 10:47, 4 July '12

Decision day for Rangers Part 1. Unless no decision is made. It's an entire mess at the moment and, whatever the outcome is, I can't see anyone coming out of this with the slightest bit of integrity. Meanwhile Everton sign Stephen Naismith as the exodus continues.

Man United float on the US stock market but won't pay out dividends. When I read the article about it, I couldn't quite see what the attraction was for potential investors in terms of chances of getting money back. But I don't really understand stocks and shares. Can someone enlighten me?

Some clubs are linked with some players but aboynamedgoo can give us more on that story later.

Meanwhile I'm trying to remember which managers are out of work and liable to be linked with every job going this season.

So far I've got

Fabio Capello (top jobs only)
Rafa Benitez (Upper to middle Premier League)
Harry Redknapp (Premier League)
Alan Curbishley (Lower Premier League and Championship)
Alex McLeish (see Curbishly)

Who else?
