So, I have been offered the job I went for yesterday. BUT. I have a 3 week holiday booked in September, which clashes with someone else's holiday who works there. I can take the job if I cancel or postpone my holiday. GAH.

I don't know what to do - I booked with Etihad - the conditions on the ticket say:

Change your flight: Permitted at a charge of GBP135.

Cancel your flight: Not permitted.

Refund administration fee: Etihad charges service fees for all tickets being processed for a refund, in addition to any fare penalties applicable.

I know you're all going to say PHONE ETIHAD but right now I just want to know; would you take the job (I really do want it even thought it's a 9 month contract, it would be great for my career)? How likely is it that Etihad are going to allow me to cancel or change my dates?
