What do people think of this, is it fair enough that people specify a preference if they're living with that person?

Is it different if it's a letting agency or landlord looking to fill an empty property and wants someone of a certain background?

And if it's a flatshare is it any different than if it said 'Jumped up indie prick looking for other social awkward virgins for flatshare. Must like obscure genres and posting on message boards. No Muse fans.'?
