People who leave their dogs outside all night, particularly when said animal barks all night.

A dog is not a cat. A dog will not quietly amuse itself all night by pissing in neighbouring gardens, ripping bin bags apart and whatever else cats do for fun, rather it will bark, continuously, all fucking night and annoy people.
