times when you were crying with laughter

sexy_girl [Edit] [Delete] 21:35, 26 June '12

in inappropiate situations. ie work, elsewhere.

once a man asked for the book 'long way round' but instead called it 'wrong way round'.

another incident when a woman had lost a packet of cornflakes (we do not sell any food) and repeatedly come into the store looking for it over days. They had been found and put in a cupboard.
Her coming up and asking 'Has there been any news on my box of cornflakes?'

Once a woman was looking for a book and had 'foylies' written on a piece of paper, her friend had suggested an alternate store for her to go to but got the name wrong. (it's called Foyles)
My colleage started calling it foylies as well out of politenss, like 'you're going to have to go to foylies' the whole time completely straight faced.

please share you 'had to be there' inappropriate laughter
