Whilst it was unfortunate that Belfort wasn't able to compete in this event due to injuries this card still promises plenty of action.

In the main event, former UFC Middleweight Champion Rich "Ace" Franklin faces the former Pride Middleweight Champion Wanderlei "The Axe Murderer" Silva. Both met for the first time back in UFC 99 and there it was Franklin who came out on top of a hard fought battle which won fight of the night.

Also on the card, the only man to ever submit the legendary Pride Heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko, Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt Fabrice Werdum, takes on the highly underrated heavyweight veteran Mike Russow.

Anyone watching? Thoughts\predictions? Most of the card consists of fighters from the Ultimate Fighter Brazil so it might be a little light on star power but judging from the show that shouldn't effect the quality of the fights.
