Hi! It's my first day at the new place today. Exciting! I'm up early, ironing my shirt and trousers and making my sandwiches like an ACTUAL grown-up. Any first day tips?

I went to collect mail at the weekend from my old flat. One was from HMRC. It was a tax rebate to the tune of £750. Oh yes.

On the downside I was woken up by the smatter of paws on our wooden floor this morning and I'm pretty sure a mouse crawled onto my bed, then it felt like I had sleep paralysis and i couldn't move. At first I was like 'OMG' but then I was like 'actually this is cool it's just a mouse he's probably chill'. To be honest I'm not sure how much of this was dream and how much was real, as the whole scenario kinda came out of a very vivid dream involving three entirely separate parts: a DiSer, Stannis Baratheon and the London Underground.

Anyway, how was your weekend? Do you have an EXCITING few days ahead?
