Wine generally makes me very giddy with the joys of life. Excellent for excited talks about music and life and whatnot.

Gin invariably makes me emotionally volatile in a negative way, usually a weird mix of angry and sad. Definitely the most dangerous when intoxicated, but not as bad as vodka for hangovers. Vodka hangovers give me The Fear something chronic.
