do you have a tumble dryer? get out of this thread

i like hanging my clothes outside but, living in manchester, it's not always possible. radiators and airing cupboards are often littered with clothes drying, also clothes horse in the hall way.

sometimes when i am hanging my clothes outside i wonder if people try to hang their socks in pairs so they are together. not like, 1 peg to 2 socks, just next to each other. do you overlap tshirts and trousers so you get better peg efficiency? wooden or plastic pegs? do you have a line that stretches from house to pole or do you have one of those spinny types.
