When I'm doing a picture, I already know what the finished picture looks like as I draw it and it's a case of drawing it enough times till it matches my imaginings.
My question for people good at music:
When you make music do you already hear what the finished song sounds like in your imagination and it's a case of working towards it so it actually sounds like that?
Would be interested if it was the same way (and thus something I should do if i want to make good music)
