Going to be difficult for vegetarian/vegan diet. Not allowed to take things out of bins either. Probably going to do something like:

breakfasts: porridge with water and dried fruit and nuts
lunches: brown rice with frozen vegetables or bake my own bread and have it with really cheap baked beans
dinners: pasta with a smidgen of red pesto

don't know how anyone could do this, it also means no alcohol :(

any ideas?
