There are two options:

Nando's take-out or stuffed pasta stuff from the shop downstairs.

Nando's pros and cons:
+ definitely better than pasta
+ gives me an excuse for a nice walk up to Spinningfields inevitably passing numerous babes
+ spicy rice
- can't really be arsed with the 10 minute trek
- it'll cost about £10, pasta will cost about £4.50
- don't wanna have to put sun cream on again
