What is the best type of website for hosting the new (harsh) noise/power electronics/drone/shit music podcast i'm going to be doing?

White_Privilege [Edit] [Delete] 15:04, 24 May '12

Next month i'm going to start a new radio show style podcast, under the working title of 'Cut-ups, Drones and Other Weird' (although this may change).

I've been doing a decent amount of research into how it'll work with regard to recording it and so on, but i'm a bit stumped as to what 'platform' I should use to act as a website/hosting site for the podcast.

I don't really want to spend too much/any money, but I also don't want it to look shit. This tumblr thing seems to be the one all the kids are on about, but I don't want to host it on something that's a passing fad and going to be the equivalent of Myspace in 6 months' time when something new comes out.

Also, i'd like it to have .com web address if possible (rather than .tumblr.com or .blogspot.com or whatever). I'm not so up on these things (I still use hotmail), so any advice would be appreciated.

Thoughts?
