a sentence or statement that you find yourself saying FAR too often when you talk? Kind of like a speech disfluency I guess (e.g. 'yeah', or 'um') but not quite.

I used to say 'but seeeriously' all the time (especially when drunk). I now find myself closing conversations all the time by saying 'but there you go'.
