Hi, never used this before, I'm learning.

For some reason, when I zoom in any further than some completely useless distance (the furthest I can go has the whole of western Europe on the screen) the satellite picture disappears and leaves me with only the layers you can take on or off using the tick boxes, none of which equate to a useable map.

The satellite pictures are hiding somewhere. Every now and again they appear for a nano second and disappear again.

Why?
