Quality purveyors of meat and fish in your area - where do you get your choice cuts?

Hi.

Was up at the crack of dawn this morning (some kind of joke from Jordan_229) to get down to my local fishmonger, which is just down the road from me here http://www.thefishmongerltd.com/

They're fucking great - good prices, massive selection of fresh fish and then all the wanky condiments to use if you can't cook. Walked away with some awesome monkfish. Pleasing.

Next door is Drings, the butchers. http://www.drings.co.uk and it's pretty great. Pricey, but you get the proper stuff like lambs hearts and offal if you want it alongside some really nice cuts of the usual.

Both places give locals a discount, and even more of a one if you're a regular customer.

I think I might be pretty lucky to have places like this so local.

So: where do you go for your meat and fish? Supermarket or local place? Enlighten me.
