Yeah I know I'll get a load of haters commenting who aren't going, but for those of us who *are*, please share your favourite Barcelona tips in this thread. Here are mine:

Go to Can Paixano. You can get huge bottles of pink cava for €4 Euro, and sandwiches for €2.

Menu del dia is a good way to eat at excellent restaurants for very little money at lunchtime. For around €10 you usually get a at least 2 courses, bread and a drink (sometimes alcoholic). I'll list some of the better places I've been to later.

This year I hope to go to that absinthe bar everyone goes on about, and I want to check out Bacoa's burgers.
