today i woke up at a mates house feeling pretty rubbish having gone out in camden last night. i came home and have spent the last 7 hours in front of the tv watching the F1 and then watching sky sports news while all the goals rolled in. it was a great afternoon.

this evening i am not sure what to do with myself but currently i am watching bbc young musician of the year. 3 1/2 hours till match of the day...
