law nerds, check this out. it turns out that one of the bars I frequent has a hidden camera in the gent's toilets placed there by the owner to "monitor vandalism". There is plenty vandalism in the toilets to be fair. Is that......that's not legal is it? Is it? Seems kind of fucked up. Obviously if it wasn't the owner then it would definitely be illegal but does it make a difference if it's the owner?
