i've always had a bit of a dislike of heights, without really being scared of them. this is pretty normal, i'd guess. lately, though, when watching stuff on the telly, or a film, whenever there's a scene such as, people on the edge of a building, or any sort of 'from the air' shots, i get a pretty weird sensation - a sort of fright, even slight dizziness, as though i'm actually there etc, and have to stop watching.

is this "a thing"?
