there's nothing quite so humiliating than having the entirety of your department (and some of the wider teams) know who you are purely for the fact that you've just made a staggering fuck up. They're probably all talking about me know. I don't really know what I did, but people keep coming over and telling my manager how bad it is. I could probably quit right now.

Has anyone made any impressive mistakes at work? I've made too many than I care to tell, but there was one incident that still makes me laugh. Maybe I'll tell you later.
