I've had a handycam with them for one month, ONE MONTH it's taken them so far to fix a problem with a memory card catch... fucking tools.

It's going threw Comet & whenever I go in to complain they contact Sony and they say 'yeah in a day or two' what utter cretins they are.

So have you had anything repaired by Sony before or any other company for that matter... oh hell let's just rant about Customer Service all together.
