I like Beer. It's as close to a hobby as any of the other things I'm interested in.

I tried Elbow's "Build a Rocket Boys" Beer this weekend in Oxford. The PR bumpf describes it as a: golden premium session bitter at 4.0%, and I thought it was alright, nothing out of the ordinary.

It did make me wish that I was famous enough to help develop, market and name a beer in my name though. What are your thoughts?

Also, hot topic: What is the price of your usual pint at your regular local?

Mine, a pint of Everards Tiger, has just been raised to £3.25- and that's in the Midlands.
