If we are going to continue playing Test cricket in nations with inclement/tropical weather I think we need to do something about the constant loss of play due to rain and bad light.

Or we could just play all tests in Perth and perhaps Adelaide where it is extremely rare to lose play due to the weather. South Africa got any decent venues, weather-wise?
