Tom Boonen wins his second monument in a week by powering away from the field with 50km to go. very impressive riding. Reminiscent of Cancellara 2 years ago(?). Good to see Boonen hitting the form he had before his cocaine ban. Pretty massive crash in the Arenburgh Trench in the breakaway.

Amstel Gold on Sunday. Hard to see past Boonen again. First time he has ever ridden the Amstel Gold race apparently. Other big names include Phillipe Gilbert, Alejandro Valverde, Robert Gessink and frank Schleck.
