Who'd you choose to be your mentor? Why can't The Script guy make his own decisions? How come Jessie J is quite likeable?

Any ideas how it'll work once the auditions are over? I'm PRAYING that the chair turning dynamic is retained throughout as that's the only reason why I watch it. I love the idea of having people singing on stage, then if the judges don't rate them they just press their button and turn their back on them as a big banner drops down to say 'Go back to where you come from, unwanted urchin'.

I like trying to guess which judge each contestant will choose.
