my stomach is starting to hurt again. wtf is wrong with it?

* dull throbbing pain around stomach area and slightly above. possibly sternum but not sure exactly what that is

* no need to vomit

* no irregularity in shitting habits

* no great change to diet or drinking habits. potentially drink far too much booze though. possible cause. fair amount of coffee. 3 cups a day? is that a lot? i eat fruit.

* potentially caused by starting smoking again? chest feels slightly tight but not excessively so. have i got smoke in my belly somehow?

will i die?
