Nonsensical idiot medical question of the day - is it possible to get a *cold* primarily in the legs?

theguywithnousername [Edit] [Delete] 22:37, 26 March '12

In the last few days I've had the symptoms of a cold developing but, aside from the odd bit of sneezing, an occasional cough and a slight headache, not much has come out of it. I do, however, have really really achey backs of my lower legs and feel utterly exhausted after walking short distances.

It can't be flu per se as I've had a flu jab, plus it's quite mild (unless, of course, it's possible to get very mild flu after you get a flu jab) so can I have got a cold virus that's just affecting a different part of my body or is something weird going on?
