i'm gonna say £35k for a couple, or £20k for a single person.

personally, if i had kids i wouldn't claim any sort of benefit if me and my better half were in full-time employment, irrespective of salaries. i'd be very wary of taking such money when it could clearly go to more deserving cases, tbh.
