Did Richard press charges publicly? It ended quite abruptly, as if there was going to be a second episode.

Wouldn't be surprised if some legislation about what is and isn't tolerated online comes into affect soon. In fact, if all posts are considered 'publishing' this may end up falling under some of what Leveson covers. No idea where some of the 'banter' on DiS would fall under this but I'm keeping an eye on it as things progress.
